We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

•  Custom or personalized orders.
•  Items marked as final sale.
•  Any and all coins.  

How to Return an Item
1.  Contact our team at 706-864-7227 to request a (verbal) return authorization within 30 days of delivery.
2.  Securely package the item, including your full name, phone number, address, and receipt.
3.  Ship the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or mail a check within 10 business days. You’ll receive a phone call once the refund is complete.
